700th Post Giveaway Extravaganza

My 700th post blogiversary giveaway makes me happy!
(And my granddaughter, too...)

(Just wanted to reassure you that her eyes
did NOT get stuck in that position...)

Yessiree, folks. It's time for one and all to come to the party and celebrate the occasion of my 700th blog post! To commemorate what is (to me, anyway) an amazing accomplishment, I am going to be offering up three pretty cool prizes...

The first place winner will get to choose among these three items:

The "I blog" necklace, the pure pewter (larger) tree of life earrings,
and the (smaller) copper tree of life earrings.

Brand new and truly lovely.

(Second place winner will get second choice, and third prize will take what's left!)

If you'd like to throw your hat in the ring, all you need to do is be (or become)
a follower and make a comment telling me something you enjoy about
Sue's News, Views 'n Muse. Easy, right?

Thanks for celebrating with me! My 700 blog posts make me happy.
And so do all of you wonderful readers who are kind enough to read them!

The contest will close on Saturday night at 11:59 AM.
Winners to be announced on Sunday.
Good luck to one and all.

=)

Your blog has become like my daily slice of bread. There is always something going on here...a new idea, an interesting way to look at things, beautiful pictures, insightful writing, and very cute grandchildren. I also like the way you appreciate comments.

I love your poetry when you post it (I know you have a whole site full of poetry, but I like to read it on your blog). I also like how uplifting your blog is and the positive messages and the creativity you share with us.
Congrats on your 700th post!

Holy Cow!! 700?! I am impressed!

Ok - I am a follower and I finally got a picture to show instead of the gray head.

Even though I have totally slacked in the comment area I still read it almost every day (if I miss I always go back and read everything). I love your poetry, Heathers photos, and your music (the only blog I have my speakers on). You basically rock the blogging thing.

Love you,
Karen

Wow! 700 posts! How long have you been blogging? I would love to be so prolific. Of course I'm a faithful follower. My favorite part of your blog is simply your writing. It feels like a chat with an old friend. And of course your Saturday Centus posts - they alway rock! Kat

I am a longtime follower, first time commenter... wait, that's not right! I have just always wanted to say something along those lines. At any rate, I read your blog for your giveaways. Wait, that isn't right either. I read your blog because you are my friend (can I call you that? Thanks.) and I like to know that your life is going well. And you have cool music. That is what got me hooked. And your poems accompanied with your beautiful Googled (I am guessing they are. If not you should start selling your poems and photos!) photos. Amazing! And you are funny. I just like you, my friend.

Your blog has become the doorway to our friendship and sometimes my muse for my own blogs.
There have been times when I've thought, "I wonder what Sue would think of this?"--no kidding!
So you must be pretty dang important if I can remember that!
Congratulations on 700!

Sue,

Really I could go on and on about how amazing and inspiring you are. How I always get a little lift each time I stop by . . .

But for now, can I just hang out and listen to David for a little bit longer - sigh . . .

((hugs))

I love thinking about all the people who are inspired by your wonderful blog. It makes me so proud to be your mom. You have made so many nice friends through this blog and having read all the comments makes me feel that at least there are people that do get a chance to enjoy and appreciate you as a writer and especially you as a great poet! As you know, Dick and I both feel that the whole world should know you as a great poet. Your poems are so inspirational and so much better than many we have studied in school. Of course I, as your mother, know that you are a genius. Okay, I know how you hate for me to brag about you so I will stop here.

Sue- is there an everything button? That's what I love abut your musings and newsings. And way to go on 700 posts- fabulous and prolific, quite the combination. (I think I should get an extra entry for the use of prolific in a nice way too "~)
