Strong and spirited. You're no one's girly girl; actually you are very determined person with a strong sense of self. Never let go of that! The only thing that equals your sense of self is your family, but the traditions of society can always be bent to protect something or someone you love.

Yep, I'm a fan, Ashley! I grew up in So Cal loving the Dodgers, but now that we've lived in the SF Bay area for over 20 years, I've converted to the Giants, too.

My daughter attends Santa Clara U and she may have mentioned a few (million) times everything was all about the Giants lately. :)

Wooo, you ARE a fan!! It's a bug you are born with, I think. I wasn't. Like you, my mother was and she adored her teams. I like it on in the house,...meaning I love to hear my husband and sons get together for a game and I like to make food and hear the rucus from afar. It just feels sweet and warm and cozy in the house. Hope you had fun!!!

I'll bet Ryan was a happy guy. As for me, I don't watch baseball...too slow a game for me. Still, I'm glad that they won.
My hubs was sad. But he was a wonderful example to his children when he said that the Giants earned it and said "Job well done!" SOmetimes he just bowls me over!

Well at least someone has a winning team... I'm with your mom - too slow of a game for me unless I'm eating a lot of food to distract me. Either way, it's no bueno.

You know, I don't know one person who is unhappy about this. I think it was so much fun to see excitement in baseball again.
A great win for San Francisco!! We are big baseball fans in this house and even though our team didn't make it to the World Series this year we were happy for both Texas and the Giants.

Just read all the funny stories about the people who attended the parade today. I SOOOO wish I could have been there to celebrate!!
