Your backyard is calling me to come and sit awhile! WOW. What a lovely space. I know you must really enjoy time out there and my understanding is California weather is simply amazing.

I bet you can't wait until the grandkids are there! JOY and happiness await. Plus a few ice cream cone/pool party celebrations in your backyard I bet!

I need to take your lead and add a few things to my backyard. (I need umbrella's) I thought about it last week then said to myself, " Summer's almost over, I'll do it next year." You make me rethink.
Looks great!

I love the look of your patio! Wish that we could be there to see it in person while the summer is still with us. I am so happy for you that you will be able to have Matt and Heather and the kids for Labor Day. I know you will all have a great time.

I love what you've done with the place! That's my biggest wish - to have an "outdoor room." Our house is so tiny it would really open it up to have something like what you have. I love the reds -nicely done!
*please pick me tomorrow*

43 more days of summer? I thought we just had 2 weeks left. School starts here Aug 23rd, and once it does, no matter what the weather is, summer is over. But the way you show it with the gorgeous pictures (including the one of your grandson!) maybe I could take another 43 days of it.

I meant to say "grandchildren" :)

Funny thing, we have 43 days left until we can begin to enjoy our outdoor furniture! Much too hot now. :-)

Your yard looks inviting. And your future company looks very cute.

I'm so glad we have a lot of summer left because I feel like my whole summer has gone by un-funned!
But now I live where it's summer all year round!
How fun that your grandkids will coming to see you!
