Thank you so much for this post. I love your perspective on stuff and things.
My Micah has the gift of seeing the cup half full in unusual circumstances. And every time he says something unusual to be thankful for I will think of your Grandma, too!
I wish I had a cure for your post-menopausal dirge ( :) ), but maybe the cure lies within you!

I am so proud of you Sue, and while I don't even know whether a comment would be accepted over there, I was uncomfortable to even think about trying. That is why I comment here. Isn't it amazing how possitive my mother could always be in the midst of her afflictions? I don't think I could be wrong in assusming the reference you made to "Grandma" was my mom. She gives me courage to this day to face my own afflictions and I am eternally grateful for her wisdom in that respect.

How timely was this post. I do have so many things to be grateful for, you being one of the best of my "things"

I only have about 5 minutes tops on the computer right now. (We've been having a Disney World adventure since last Saturday...I'm so behind on posts and keeping up with you, my friend.)

Anyway, headed to my mom's now. When I get there, I should have some time to get caught up, and your post will be the first I read!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Love and hugs to you! :)

You did a great job...you always do.
We all need to be reminded to be grateful. Especially, when things aren't that bad. I don't know why it takes really terrible circumstances to make us humble and remember our blessings. Life could be so much better then humdrum.
Be grateful. Thank you Sue.
