These pictures are so cute. I have to tell you this though, those are tangerines, not oranges. I'll admit they are very LARGE ones though. I am so amazed that we are still getting some every day that fall off our tree. They were too high to harvest. But who knew we would be eating tangerines from our tree in June......never happened before.
You know, my father's family is Italian and when I was young we took a family trip to visit my uncle in Naples. Two things stand out in my mind about that trip: the beautiful Amalfi coast and that the Italians would eat an orange after dinner for dessert!

:Something we do in our family is roll the orange between our hands until it gets really soft, make a hole at the top, and suck the juice out.
