The Long and Winding Road...Home

The long and winding road

that leads to your door

will never disappear

I've seen that road before

Don't leave me waiting here

Lead me to your door

We had a wonderful time with my parents, but life beckons, and
there comes a time to take the long and winding road home...

So thanks, you two, for hosting all of our brood and loving us so well.
We look forward to seeing you at the Newport Beach reunion in July!

Looks like you had blue skies all the way home...something we long for around here.

That is so great that you leave close enough to drive to see your parents!

Isn't it nice to have your parents close? I love to take road trips, too. Glad you were able to enjoy them!
I did send you my address - didn't you get my e-mail? I'll try once more, although my daughter said she sent it to you as well.

The landscape looks very similar to where I live. Doesn't getting home always seem to go faster than leaving?

Gosh, it looks like the area I drive through to get to my mom's house in way northern california. I drive through Nevada and the south eastern part of Oregon.
I'll be headed that way in July!

It's funny how it's the same road both ways ---but the direction you are traveling makes all the difference.
