Books Times Five

I've been making a few Blurb books lately.

All but one are for my grandkids. The other is for my mom.

I like getting these poems down in a book for safekeeping.

And they seem to like receiving them, too!

Blurb makes me smile.

  17. Hi Sue,

That is one of those fake electric fireplace things. It is free standing and it heats up our room just perfectly. Kyle figured 11 cents an hour to run it. It brings of the chill and is worth not turning up the thermostat for.

Hope that help. My mother-in-law got ours at Home Depot.

  22. I so love my Blurb book, "A Song for my Mother." It is already one of my most prized possessions. I have it close at hand so that I can read it often. You'll never know how much it means to me, Sue.

  23. Blurb is the greatest thing since indoor toilets!! Seriously - I love making the books but it is just like Christmas when you get to open the package and look at it.
