Ride, Ride, Ride the Wild Surf

Heather, my daughter-in-law, got some great shots recently.

Thanks to her, my son is officially immortalized, playing in the surf...

and encouraging his kids to do the same.

Happy to go along with dear old dad is Jeremiah,

who's clearly having a very good time.

Carli's doing her thing, too,

and feeling downright gnarly about it,

but Bryce seems a little bit distracted!

I think he likes soloing better.

(He IS kind of a daredevil, after all...)

=)

  6. I love the ocean shots. We had so much fun on the coast, but were too far north to swim.

  10. Nice pics of those cutie kiddos! The surf looks wonderful and very fun. I could sit on that beach all day. I guess I'll just have to do it in my brain!

  11. Sweet! But I keep wondering how you captured such great ocean action without getting your camera all wet.

  13. These kids are so lucky to have had so many pictures taken of them while they are small. Imagine what this will mean to them when they grow up. Having said that, I absolutely love seeing all the new pictures that Heather takes. I never tire of them. She is SO good. It is neat too, to be able to make money doing something that you love to do. I am proud of her ability. I can't take pictures for the life of me. When I try, they are seldom good. Dick can take pretty good pictures, but he truly hates doing it, so I don't have nearly as many pictures as I would like to have.

I particularly love the picture of Bryce in mid air. It is priceless.

  15. Now that makes me want to go to the beach!! Alas, the northeast is known for kind of crummy beaches--*Sigh* .
But, once Oliver is bigger we are definitely making a trip to the Carolinas for some FUN in the SUN!!

Loved these shots, Sue. Looks like a day filled with fun and laughter! Great memories! :)
