Ghostly Guests




A gaggle of giggling ghosts gathered gaily

to groan in the graveyard one night.

They glided so gracefully, Griggsby the groundskeeper

grinned at the glorious sight.

He gaped as the glimmering, glistening glow

grew legs and goose-stepped through the grasslands below.

Then, just at the gate of my grandma and gramps,

the ghoulish gang sneezed and blew out like gas lamps.

This "G" post was a farewell nod to Halloween...and Dots candy.
(Our leftover Dots vanished like so many multi-colored ghosts.)
