On Seagulls and Starfish

The bird is holding dinner in its mouth.

Initially, my sympathies are with the starfish.

But perhaps I judge too hastily.

    I hope people are noticing that I did not take these photos. (I wish I had!) They are taken by Erin Thompson of http://www.erintphotography.blogspot.com, and if you follow her link you will see some amazing photography! In fact, she is doing a photo shoot of my family when we vacation at Newport Beach this summer. Can't wait.
